Overview
Sean Caulfeild also provides real estate services, and his practice includes representing clients with the purchase and sale of a home, condominium or cottage, assisting clients secure a mortgage, refinancing or private lending, advises landlords/tenants on commercial leases, and works with builders on pre-construction agreements and liens. Sean’s clients range from first-time home buyers to national tenants.
In addition to a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. Sean is a dedicated member of the not-for-profit community with previous roles as Director and Corporate Secretary for the Scouts Canada Foundation, and a Director of the Ottawa Hospital Auxiliary Board.
