Alyssandra Edwards

Alyssandra first joined LMS Lawyers LLP as an intern primarily working in the areas of criminal law and employment law.

Alyssandra obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Université de Saint-Boniface in Winnipeg. Thereafter, she moved to Ottawa to complete her legal studies in the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa.

Alyssandra worked at a family law firm in Toronto before returning to Ottawa to represent clients in family law, estate litigation, and civil litigation. She strongly believes in achieving amicable and practical solutions for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom. She focuses on guiding her clients through the complexities of their legal matters to ensure that her clients’ needs are met.

In her spare time, Alyssandra enjoys cooking Asian-Caribbean cuisine, trying new baking recipes, and listening to R&B music.
